Selecting the size of tyre for your bandsaw
To find the correct replacement Urethane tyre for your bandsaw take three simple measurements as described below.
- Measure the wheel diameter, D
- Measure the width of the wheel, W, the tyre may fit in a groove, the wheel may be flat or slightly crowned
- Measure the thickness of the existing tyre T
Urethane tyres are a stretch fit. You may not find the exact wheel diameter, select the nearest match within 12mm (1/2”). We offer a made to measure service. If you cannot find your tyre size on any of the lists please contact us at [email protected]
